For more than a decade, Michele has helped people improve their lives through coaching and delivering SMART ConversationsĀ® learning experiences. Her work focuses on building emotional intelligence and empowering individuals to reach their potential.

Michele is also an accomplished coach, writer and public speaker, who provides organizational consulting services to corporations, government agencies and nonprofits throughout the US. In her role as a professional coach, Michele specializes in helping women re-imagine the life they
were meant to lead as they navigate life and career transitions.

Prior to founding her business, Michele held management positions at Ernst & Young and Baxter Healthcare. Earlier in her career, she worked in broadcasting, marketing and publishing.

Clients served include: Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, the Vanguard Group, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, The Mathworks, Turner Entertainment/Time Warner, EMC, Perkin Elmer, Kronos and Cartoon Network.

Michele holds an M.A. degree in Professional Writing & Publishing from Emerson College and a B.A. degree in Journalism. She has written more than 150 articles and is the author of a forthcoming book that explores shaping culture in organizations.

She is the Chairman of the Board for The Dignity Institute, a nonprofit that enriches the lives of people living in communities of need. She is directly involved in mentoring and facilitating children and teen programs for The 7th Element, the core program of The Dignity Institute.
