Kerri is the Vice President of Operations for Bright Horizons’ Care Advantage Program. The Care Advantage Program, supporting nearly 800 corporate clients and over 4.5 million employees, provides back-up child and adult care when employees’ regular care arrangements break down, allowing them to be present and productive at work when they otherwise may not have been able to. In her role, Kerri is responsible for developing and implementing on program strategy and for management day to day program operations including provider network management (over 3,000 members), business intelligence, program management, program systems support and special projects.
She has more than 20 years of extensive relationship management and leadership experience in the creation of high-performing organizations, including ten years in roles of increasing responsibility at Work/Family Directions (now Ceridian Performance Partners), a national firm specializing in organizational effectiveness, work/life balance, diversity and workplace flexibility and as a Business Development Director at Imagitas, a targeted marketing firm.
Kerri holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Assumption College. She resides in Massachusetts with her husband and two college-aged children.
